No More Short Cuts!

Ditching crash diets for sustainable health and wellness, gearing up for healthier lifestyle? Instead of killing yourself on crash diets and quick gym formula, it’s time to make wiser lifestyle choices. If you want health that lasts, you have to take the long but sure built on regular diet, exercise, relaxation, god food and supplements.

Good diet+ exercise+ enough+ R&R. the truth is, health is not about how fast you lose the pounds but how effective you are in matching your weight to your ideal body shape and size. It’s about portioning- consuming food in smaller quantities. It’s also about watching what you our food is prepared and don’t choose what’s bad for you, even if it tastes really, really good. The 30-minute cardio workout in the morning actually does help in regulating blood circulation and keeping your lungs practiced. And whenever you feel that your body is giving you the sign to stop- take a breather and do something relaxing. It could save you a trip to the doctor.

Unemployed and Single

Cut costs, the first thing to do when you find yourself unemployed, is to look for areas in which you can cut your expenses now, this doesn’t necessarily mean that one should stop everything, but merely lessen or look for cheaper alternatives. Expand employment opportunities; your number one priority is to look for another job. Rather than searching for a similar position, take the time to really assess your skills.

The mere fact that you were let go indicated that something is wrong- either industry isn’t demanding your skill anymore, or you’re not as marketable as you think. By simply adding another skill, you can enlarge your circle of opportunity. For example, an accountant who brushes up on his or her selling skills has more leverage than the usual salesperson, given their knowledge of numbers. Get out there, this includes attending job fairs, joining job websites, or even consider contractual or part-time positions. The lesson is doing be ideal when looking for a full-time job.
